Central FL VR license holder addresses

Can they legally do this? If you pan out on the map you can see the balloon markers, marking any venomous reptile license holders home or facility address, and if you click on one of the ballons you get the address. Yes it is a matter of public record that anyone can go and look up but can they legally post these in a newspaper without the permission of the license holders? I would think this would be an invasion of privacy. Time for some letter writing to the newspaper. Civil writing will get you further than nasty letters.
