1.1 CBB'06 Albino Western Hognosed Vipers (Porthidium ophryomegas) produced at the
Central States Serpentarium. These beautiful and rare animals are F2 generation
from the wild caught adults collected in Northwestern Costa Rica. Locality data,
a map, habitat photos, and a CSS Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with
purchase. We have collected and studied this species in the wild and in captivity for
13 years. These snakes are not for beginners as an accidental envenomation from a
large adult could be life threatening. We have only allowed 9 of these albinos to be sold
from the Serpentarium since 2002. The albinos you may see on very reputable reptile
dealer's price lists either came from us or from Germany. We are only letting one pair
go at this time for $1800. You may choose which male and female from 3.3 at the Serpentarium – photos available upon request. Serious inquiries only.
