I hatched him out on 06/28/06. They were big babies as the eggs were 3" long and 1 1/8" in diameter. They were 12" long and fat as hatchlings and all but one ate frozen thawed large mouse pinks right away.

This male is now 34" long and is not being power fed. He has not spit yet either, nor has his siblings. Also, the parents rarely spit.

My adult female just laid eggs again, so maybe some females will be available in a couple months, and a guy who bought one from me last year, and the buyer of this one will have first chance at any females.

These snakes have great personalities, and are very active. They hood, hiss and lunge forward a little, but then normally turn to try and get away.
