Help: Deceased Specimens Needed.
I am trying to fill some taxonomic gaps in our skeletal comparative collection. If you have deceased (frozen is best for me) specimens of any of the following listed viperid, elapid, and colubrid taxa you would be willing to part with, I would greatly appreciate a chance to obtain them. I do not want the specimens to sell, but rather they will be incorporated into our extensive skeletal collection of herpetological specimens to be used mainly as comparative specimens for paleo-related and osteological studies, but also as teaching specimens. Mortalities happen, so why not put the specimen to good use. Anyhow, thanks and please feel free to contact Dr. Dennis Parmley, GC&SU, Milledgeville, GA: dennis.parmley@gcsu.edu; 478 445-0817.
