Female Rufous Beaked Snake
I bought this snake last fall from Mfezi to use in my science classroom. She has done very well and has been a unique, curious animal. She was very shy when she arrived, but has since developed quite an outgoing personality. Despite the fact that she is venomous, she is rear-fanged and completely unwilling to bite. I let the students handle her and just keep an eye on her body language.
She's eating f/t mice whenever offered - usually every week to week and a half. She's roughly 3.5-4' in total length. She has a couple of small nicks and scratches from when she was living in the wilds of Africa, but she has been in captivity now for well over 6 months and is doing perfectly.
So why the heck am I selling her? Unfortunately I need to fund a small project. If the funds come available before she is sold, she will no longer be available.
Some pictures of her being handled by my students:

I'm asking $100 for her plus shipping, which will be through UPS or Delta - your choice. E-mail me or call 479-477-0434 for more information.
