Nail him brother! I did it 4 years ago to a dude in Casper Wyoming and they charged him with theft but worse, Wire fraud!! It is a felony to rip someone off on the internet for even $1.00 because it's the same as mail type fraud. You can find him through the PAYPAL transfer. Contact the local cops and they should help you. That is how I did it.
