PAYMENT:

Full payment must be made prior to shipment of animals. Payments may be in the form of a cashier's check, post office issued money order, personal check (must clear prior to shipping). Confirm availability of animals before sending a payment.

GUARANTEE:

We offer a 7 day guarantee on all captive born animals and a 24 hour guarantee on all others. If you have any questions concerning your order please contact us within the time of guarantee. By contacting us within the 24 hours we can give you a full refund(NOT THE SHIPPING). You must in any case contact us within 24 hours.

Should any animals be deceased upon arrival, please contact us asap, send pictures of the deceased animal, or ship it back fedex overnight packed in dry ice. We are not responsible for deceased animals that are a result of neglect etc.

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs range from $35.00 to $125.00 depending on size of the box and weight of animals.
