Hi,
I read that one needs a non-commercial wildlife breeders license to keep venomous snakes in Oklahoma. If this is true could you tell me how to get one. I'm expierenced with atrox, scuts, and viridis but am considering trasfering to Oklahoma State and would like to take a rattler or two with. Please if you can help it would be great.
Thanks,

Look for Snakes Alive!. I believe that they're in Oklahoma. Mardi SNipes' website has a book on Venomous Snakes and the Law, www.coastalreptiles.com.

Thankyou very much. I appreciate the help. On other forums people just ignore me as if I were not there. I've tried to be apart of the group but I'm new and feel unwanted in the other forums. I guesss those forums are just for the "in crowd." Anyway thanks for the help.
Maybe someday I'll be the leading expert and they'll wish they'd been nicer to me. Ha ha.

LOL, believe me, I understand. I saw your post over at K.com, which has fallen out of favor with me recently due to the nature of the conversations over there. This is a great place to be. Many of the people here are just private hobbiests, though a few professioanls to come in from time to time. Stick around.
Cheers
Roger
