Before anyone answers I would just like to say that most information such as you have requested can be found at the BOI forum -
http://www.herpwantads.com/forums/Inquiry/index.html
People tend to think that they can say whatever they want about someone while on the Internet and not be held responsible. Similar posts to this one have led to actionable slander and libel by people who never even met or knew the person being asked about.
Whatever answers you get, I hope you sift through them to consider only the ones who have actually personally met or dealt with Hank Molt (or for that matter, anyone else asked about here).
Personally, I have never bought anything from Hank Molt although I have seen some very nice animals on his tables at the Daytona Venomous Shows (2003 and 2004).

I've purchased animals from Hank. He will tell you straight up, do not send him money, until he delivers the animal to you. Most often, the animals on his list are not in his possession, and are held elsewhere. He sometimes will broker animals as well, so you may get the animals right away (usually if its convenient for him to pick them up on the way to a show) Or in some cases, as I've had, he and I played phone tag for a year until we finally exchanged the animal (Not all due to him, either, sometimes, I just couldn't make it to a show).
The animals are typically, quality high end animals, BUT the sexes are not always correct, so its up to you to inspect the animal, so you no what you're getting---the same goes with purchasing from any dealer.
If its a protected animal, follow his rules, and don't buy it if you're from out of state, or ask to see the documentation, and make sure you've got all of yours if needed! As Karl, posted in another thread---Law enforcement does occasionally browse these forums, so its up to you to make sure the whole transaction is legal.

Hi James:
I spoke to Hank about a week before the Daytona venomous show to buy a pair of snakes he advertised on the classified forum on Kingsnake. He said no problem send a confirming email, I did what he asked. He requested that I get with him after the Daytona show again to arrange delivery which I did. I tried many times between then and the October Hamburg show to reach him, no luck. I ran into him at the Hamburg show as expected but he told me he did not have the animals :-( Fortunately, I did not send him money up front although I offered and he declined.
Not a very good impression for a first time dealing with Hank.
Cheers!
Al
