		    | Hey Anonymous, I started to move to TN in hopes that maybe I could get a permit to keep Native & Exotic Venomous. I called them and they said there was no way I could even dream of getting permit. They said that they are not going to give any permits because they passed the law hoping to stop the keeping of Venomous Reptiles in TN, so you see even tho they say you need a permit, they are not going to give them out. This was just another back door way to kill the privilege of keeping. They will always find a way to keep us from having what we cherish dearly, even if we know what we are doing. I think that all states will soon follow this method of controlling our hobby. Lets hope not, we need to keep fighting this unfounded idea tho.............Be safe ya’ll, happy herping Wally |

		    | Thanks AlA Herp, that is what I have been told about the tennessee permits for Venomous snakes. I did a little research on this, and it is legal for someone in Tenn to keep a venomous lizard and not a venomous snake. Now, how does that make sense?? Thanks alot. |
