Does anyone know anything about TexasCobra aka James Hubbard? I sent him payment for the Afrock he posted in the classifieds 2/7/05. He promised to send it twice. I have never received shipment and he has not contacted me in over a week...2/16/05. I don't want to make trouble. I just want to get the snake or my money back. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

I know who you are talking about. I have seen his post before. This is the reason why all of my business is done in person and not by mail. I had to learn the hard way on this too. You proably won tsee your money or snake, next time buy off local people or people who live around you. Sorry to hear about your loss. Bryan

Sorry to hear about that. What also sucks is when some one wants to buy youre snake and you drive an hour to meet them and they never show up.

Yeah.. I've been down this road before. If you paid by check or money order it's mail fraud and the postal service pursues it agressively. I was very pleased with the response they gave me.

I recall him not too long ago asking about how to care for certain cobras, then within a few days posting in the classified's that he wants every and any he can get his hands on. I figured something was up at that very moment. I never do business via mail.
