Are you simply talking about Naja? Or are you including all the other snakes who have the common name of "Cobra"?

Well, if you're just doing all snakes commonly called "Cobra" then you're looking at a Paranaja or an Aspidelaps.

Offhand I do not remember, but certainly the largest Aspidelaps would only be a little more than two feet. As far as Paranaja, i haven't a clue, and they are only known from a handful of specimens.

Actually bro, my female CC is alot more then 2. Shes almolst 3!!! She is 33 inches and very fat!! Ok, thats not alot but you get my point:-) I would definately not call this the norm though. The closet I have seen to her sixe was a 28 inch lubrcus from a collection in Africa and though that snake was long, she could not touch the girth oof my pumpkin! On average though, your right, 2ft and alittle over is about as big as they get.
As for the Paranaja, like you said, there arent too many specimens to judge. Definately smaller then true Naja.
Welp, heres to all the cuite little wana be cobras!!!
Later guys,
Jeremy
