Any Atheris venom could be deadly. It all depends on a number of factors. Where the bite is, if it hits a vein, yadda yadda...How much do you weigh versus how much venom was injected...Another factor is that if you have a bad bite, there is no specific antivenom. Some cross-reactivity is claimed for a Cerastes/Echis antivenom to A. squamiger venom, I believe.
In all likelyhood though, no you won't die from an Atheris bite.
