Do false water cobras have to be shipped via delta dash or other airlines that ship venomous, or can they be shipped door to door.

That's probably a pretty shady area. Really, no snakes are supposed to be shipped through any ground carrier, as none of them will knowingly accept snakes without very special permission from the company. So who's to say what is "legal" or "illegal" when it comes to shipping snakes? Most people say that shipping nonvens through UPS, FedEx, etc is okay because it's just against company policy, while others say that even then, if you don't label the package correctly (i.e. "live nonvenomous snakes") you're violating the Lacey Act regarding the transportation of wildlife. I'm not going to say one way or another, but I personally have received and shipped FWCs via ground. I guess you could say rear-fangs like FWCs, mangroves, flying snakes, etc, could be 'legal' to ship via ground while others like boomslangs, twig snakes, and keelbacks aren't because they've caused human fatalities. In the end, it's probably a judgement call more than anything.
