Breeders/Dealers in Canada, or shipping to Canada

I was wondering if anyone knew of any breeders or dealers in Canada dealing in venomous snakes. I'm looking for an arboral viper, either a White-lipped pit viper or Eyelash or something similar. I've found one guy who might be able to help me, but I cannot get ahold of him anymore unfortunetly.
The other option is finding a US supplier that will ship a single snake to Toronto. I've found a few that will ship to Canada, but most require $1000 minimum orders to do so.
So if anyone can help me out in getting an Trimeresurus of some kind, an eyelash or something similar, either in Toronto or shipped to Toronto, let me know.

I ship herps in Canada, we will deliver in the GTA.
Please note you cannot keep hots inside city limits.
