Anyone else used DHL for shipping?

If no I highly recommend them...the only thing they wont ship is venomous, but for everything else they're great. Maybe if enough of us got together and inquired, we could have more than one option for shipping hots. Anyhow, prices are good and service has been excellent so far, so if you haven't tried them yet...do.

I didn't get the service from them that I was expecting. The delivery guy didn't even come by, but logged in that he had attempted a delivery and no one was there, when actually I was. So when I logged in the tracking number and saw this after an hour went by past the delivery time, I called the headquarters and insisted that he come back and make the delivery. He ended up getting there at 3PM for a package that was guaranteed by 1030AM. I'll stick with FedEx.

I make sure I go and pick it up myself, get it cool, and keep it cool. Don't trust a drop off. TF
