I don't know if there's a specific accepted way to pronounce it in English. It's a Spanish word, and Spanish follows a very strict and relatively simple set of pronunciation rules. It would probably be safest for you to google "spanish pronunciation".
"e" is pronounced roughly as a long "a" like in "bait".
"i" is pronounced as a long "e" like in "beet"
"o" is pronounced as a long "o" like in "boat"
"c" is provounced like an "s" in this case
All other consonants as in Enlish
Emphasis on the fourth of five sylables
tair-cee-o-PAI-lo
The way I've heard it spoken in english and the way I pronounce it when talking to a non-Spanish speaker is the same but pronouncing "e" as a short "e" as in "bet"
ter-cee-o-PE-lo.
