I wanted to know if any members have a copy of Dangerous Snakes of Africa by Bill Branch & Stephen Spawls. ISBN: 0883590298 Publisher: Ralph Curtis Publishing
I need to know if this book describes DETAILED species identification information (i.e, scale counts)concerning the 2 species of Aspidelaps (lubricus & scutatus) AND the 3 subspecies (Aspidelaps l. lubricus, Aspidelaps l. infuscatus, Aspidelaps l. cowelsi & Aspidelaps scutatus scutatus, Aspidelaps s. intermedius, Aspidelaps s. fulafulus).
I was going to purchase the book, but the $350 price tag scared me off! If there are other alternative sources for the information that I am seeking, please inform me. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks Guys!

Frawgg: Before you spend the $135.00 for what is probably excellent book ( I can`t afford it also, LOL ), take a look at this web site and see if it has what you are looking for. If for some reason the link dosen`t work, let me know, as they have both a HTML and a PDF site.

Also, how about adding at least a first name to your profile? It is a lot easier pronouncing names like Scott, or Tim, or Bill than Frawgg, LOL !

Thanks John! Just what the "Dr." ordered! I wonder how many specimens were sampled to complete this study? However, this info is a hell of a lot better than what I had before! P.S.
