I just went on the website to get the directions and noticed they advertised a move this year to another location in downtown Atlanta. I check the website of the new venue and this show was not listed. I emailed them to confirm we were booked there and I got a response saying they never book live animals. Has anyone heard anything as to what is going on with this show? ---chuck

What a lousey location for a reptile show!
Nobody in their right mind would want to drive to down town Atlanta and deal with the traffic, limited parking, city cops, one way streets, lack of restaraunts and gas stations, high prices, and local citizins.
After all the problems at Greenville, and now this, it is clear that this Tony who runs the shows just does not have a clue.
No wonder the exibitors are bailing from his shows like passengers on the titanic.

ok, i just received a phone call from americasmart in atlanta. the show is NOT going to be there this weekend. the lady told me they tried to book it, but the decision was made last friday not to have it there this year. i am hoping to hear back from tony, as of now...not sure if there will be a show at all.

The drama continues. I got Tony on the phone, he told that yes, everything was a go at the AmericaMart. I let him know that they do not seem to think so, and he told me he would call them and straighten it out. After hanging up with him, I received a call from the vice-president of AmericaMart, who says the decision is final, there is not reptile show there and he told Tony that last Friday. As of now, I don’t think we need to count on getting together this weekend. ha ha

Yeah, I contacted the AmericasMart & was told the same thing. I didn't post it because Tony would have called me a liar. I've chosen not to vend ANY of his shows again because of all the BS & misrepresentation. And he is also mad at me for slamming his shows on the forums & posting the fact that he failed to pay the Gwinnett Center(yes, I called them also), so they booked the Convention Center to somebody else. You can't promote shows based on lies. And up to now, everyone involved with his shows have been afraid to post the truth. I did & was instantly put on a $hit list. They may think I'm a horrible person for downing his shows, but at least I'm honest. And someone needed to finally stand up to him.
