Matt, a Cytotoxin is a substance that is toxic to cells. You can have many different types of Cytotoxins, some that are specifically toxic to blood cells, which are called Hemotoxins, some that are specifically toxic to nerve cells, which are called Neurotoxins, and some that are toxic to many cell types.
