I am an active duty LT. in the Navy stationed @ NAS JAX. I would like to know where I could have the best chance of seeing an E. Diamondback in the wild within my vicinity? Thanks in advance.

What's up monte?I did 8 yrs myself, the best place would be any old house or barn that might have some clutter. We just ride down old roads until we find such a place. ABF2 J quarles 84-92

We have found six so far this year in St Marys, Georgia (right up the road from you). We found ours in fields bordered by mixed pine/oak woodlands and a large lake nearby. We also have found one a bit further north in middle Georgia. It has gotten pretty hot for hunting Diamondbacks. They will probably be easier to find in late September/early October.

Hi,
Lepidus I grew up in the Jax., Fl. So far I found
to many to count. You would want to find some land
away from towns ther are plenty of palmetos all over.I'm fron the northside off of I95 and Dunn Ave.
I found three 5 footers and one 6'5" long when I was 17 year old. Just go to The town called Oceanway,Callahan, Yulee on the Northside find The enternational airport there is a road called Biscane blvd. there is a little bridge I use to fish from
I would herp out there plenty of them there to.
But now I live in Alma ,Ga. Also loads of pigmies
in Jax. too.
