Chirag, the vine snakes have nose infections from rubbing against the cage trying to get out. If you set up a large arboreal ( tall ) cage, and plant it heavily with plants and vines ( plastic will work fine if you do not want to use live plants ), the snake will feel at home and hidden, and will be less likely to try to get out all the time, so it will be less likely to rub it`s nose, and if it does not rub, then it is less likely to get an infection.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards JohnZ
