a while back i asked about identifying some eggs my younger brother had found in a garden....i decided to try and hatch them...i treated them as box turtle eggs because that seems to be what they are from what i have learned....its been a couple of months and they havent hatched....if they were all duds, wouldnt they have at least started smelling by now....everything is kept exactly as it should be(temp, humidity,etc)...any thoughts cuz i kinda think they are a lost cause ...

If the eggs still look good and have not dried up or molded they are probably ok. If they are box turtle eggs they may not hatch until late this fall or even next spring. many turtle species overwinter in the nest. Hope this helps.
