What are some of the more common diseases carried by reptiles in captivity as opposed to those in the wild?

by far the most common problem I've seen in captive animals is Upper Respritory Infections. Its caused by stress and improper husbandry, most noticable by the slight hiss or weez like sound, and also the snake will be "blowing bubbles" I saw it alot in Burmese Pythons. I'm sure there are other common illness' that people have seen, but thats the first that popped into my head.
