Hello I'm in Florida. I have license for venomous snakes, I have to renew it in 2 months. I read that now I need an additional insurance. Who know about that?. Any suggestion ? What kind of insurance and company recommend me.
Thanks

Only if you are exhibiting. There was language on FWC's web site recently saying that all venomous permits would require a $1000. That was a mistake and has been corrected. If your local inspector thinks you need it, ask him to call Tallahassee.
Where did you read this? (Just in case it's ben copied somewhere else.)

Mine came 3 weeks ago and I was never asked to provide additional coverage. I even had a long talk with the inspector well he was here.
* If exhibiting venomous reptiles: A $1,000 surety bond must be atached

It's now a $10,000 surety bond. The price of the bond IS still the same at $100. The company to purchase it from is ProSure Group, out of Tampa Bay, Florida.
