How much should a true CB 07 Vipera russelli russelli go for these days?
I'm looking for an advreage price and not how much am I willing to pay for them. If I went to a dealer or show what would I see these guys going for?
If anyone also has some for sale in 08 please contact me.

Well let me ask the same question in a different way. Is $650.00 over priced? Is $500.00 over priced? I've seen them go from a couple hundred on up but... What should one expect to pay for a Russels?

They are worth what you're willing to pay. No more, no less. If they're worth $650 to you, meaning if you want one badly enough that you're willing to drop that kind of cash on one, or if you are financially secure enough to drop that much on one snake, then go for it. In my opinion, yes they are. But then again, I've shelled out upwards of $1000-1500 on single or small groups of snakes and didn't think much of it...and I wasn't even that financially secure at the time! lol Maybe not the smartest thing in the world, but eh, I've had the opportunity to keep some pretty amazing critters.

I think they changed the scientific name of this species to daboia russelli russelli. Not exactly sure how much these guys go for but they are on my list of future snakes to buy. Beautiful snakes, I would be willing to pay a lot for them. =)I don't think I've ever even seen these guys up for sale, as far as reliable internet sources go, so they must be pretty expensive. Don't expect a low price if you see one up for sale is all I can tell you. =)
