I was wondering wether to cool nigricollis or not before breeding? I've read the care sheet article on here and it didn't cover that, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I'll chime in since no one else has yet. I personally don't believe any Naja need a cooling period to reproduce successfully. I bred N. naja "karachiensis" without putting them through any specific cycling period. Many keepers kinda do a bit of overkill with their tropical snakes. I suppose it may make it more likely that you'll have the snakes successfully reproduce, but it certainly isn't necessary. You may drop the temps 5 or 10F for a few weeks and mist them a bit during that period, introducing them all the while. They'll probably be copulating frequently by the time the temps come back up to normal.

Thanks for the input. I've heard the same thing....from people swearing by cooling them to not doing anything at all. Though the wet period was pretty much across the board.
