Florida incident/disaster plan question???

I am renewing my VRL in Florida and they sent me a book to fill out. I do have a bite protocol but what is an acceptable disaster plan. I thought you could just bag them twice, put them in a lock box and take them with you if needed. Is this right or am I going to get it sent back saying incomplete? Also what is this chemical capture equipment? I'm geussing that this is for mammals. What do they mean by the location of storage and/or conact information for obtaining supplies? And how can I get the GPS on my house? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Blaze, if you go to the site:
http://geocoder.us/
You can type in your street address, and it will provide you the GPS ( Longitude and Latitude ) Coordinates for your location.
Sorry I cant help on the other things, but I do not live in Florida, and have no idea on the answers.
