That is a sad story.............
Especially for Bob Irwin.............
We have all seen the unfortuante over commercialization of Australia Zoo since Steve Irwin's death. We have also seen things like clothing lines and toy lines involving the kids.
It is likely that this is not all Terri Irwins doing. Most likely she has been influenced by untold numbers of folks wanting a part of the potential profits that could be made by capitolizing on the death of Steve, and the media attention.
Why not just go ahead and call it Australia Disney ?
Good Luck to you Bob...................
Best Regards JohnZ

Wow!!! pretty rough story... I remember the flack Steve used to catch for his unorthadox way of doing things. Too many people want to freehand and handle animals like they are life time buddies. Unlike Steve who was one with nature... But Steve Irwin did more for conservation that anyone had in a long long time..
I really would hate to see commercialism ruin that. Gotta remember Terry is an American like us $$ lol.. And I have always thought of Mr. Stainton as riding Steves shirt tail$$$.. I could be wrong tho.. I hate to see Bob walk away from his dream .But remember, Steve and Terry built Astraila Zoo into the place that it is today.
Hopefully this media attention that the Irwin family (unorthadoxicle to what Steve did) will help and not harm the initial cause .Animal Conservation.....Shelby
