Jay, Here in SC there are currently no regulations in regards to the keeping of venomous snakes state wide. On the other hand county to county and city to city is a whole different ball game.It really all depends on the regulations in the area you live. As long as we remain responsible and stay under the radar we as a state should keep it that way for quite a while.hope this helps.
