Karl,
I am sorry to you and the young man who posted the initial inquiry. I misinterpeted one of his earlier posts ( fatigue makes you see things )My reading on rainbows indicate that 5 ft is a monsterous specimen perhaps varies between species haven't researched rainbows too thoughly aside from basics. I stand wih my statements on Rosy. or perhaps even rubber boas, sand boas as well though they are more specialized.
Karl you still in the JAX area we met in daytona few years ago I am Orange Park. Please forgive my ramblings at times, expression of fatigue.
Barry

No problems at all, Barry.
I am actually in Georgia near Jacksonville.
You might remember seeing me at work at the Jacksonville Zoo.
I have kept Rainbow Boas for 28 years.
I have kept Rosy Boas for about 4 years.
I tried Sand Boas but they would only take live prey.
Everything I have takes frozen/thawed so I returned the Sand Boas and have little to no experience with them.
I am almost always willing to share my experiences to help someone else.
R/
Karl
