I am Jerrad Allen of berea kentuck and yes in the Jerrad Allen that was cought for selling snakes. This investagation was from 2 years ago and at the time I didnt realize that selling snakes was illeagle untill late september or early october which is no excuse for doin what I done cause ignorance is no excuse what so ever lol.. I just wanted to tell everyone how my case went, I now have a $1000.00 Fine court cost which is $140.00 and I also have to pay $30.00 to the Kentucky fish and whildlife in Madison county but they probated$700.00 of it so that leaves me payin $470.00 there and the followin week I had to be in harlan county to face 6 more charges which they droped 3 of them as soon as I got there. I got fined $1500.00 2years probation $133.00 court cost and $50.00 to Kentucky Fish and Wildlife. The judge probated $1000.00 so that leaves me just havein to pay the other $500.00 and the other cost and if I violate my probation I have to pay the other $1700.00 instead of goin to jail. So in total I and left payin $1153.00 unless I violate my probation which is HIGHLY doughtfull then it will be $2853.00. I am not tryin to say that I was set up or anything like that cause thats just childesh and stupid to do, just man up and take your punishment is what I say. Don't delete your profile or get out of the hobby. Just move to a state where the laws aren't so communist, like Virgina, W Va and Penn.
