I am going to the Philippines for the third time March 16th I will be on the main island of Luzon and then to Negros in Visayas. The last two times I have been there I havn't had alot of luck. I have had some interesting finds but not alot. The reason I am posting this is because I would like to know if any of the site members who have been herping there, maybe live there, or just have some information that I don't could tell me where to go.

Timothy, I haven't been there but I have some colleagues who have. I'll put out the word and see if anyone can make some suggestions. Nice job in your pic showing excellent use of tongs and hooks - something more folks should do.

Timothey! I have personally heard of snakes over there as big around as your arm. All you have to do is get a snake finder "chee chee chee chee" you know, and you can find many cobra, or you find the anaconda..... Whichever you like. CHEE CHEE CHEE CHEE. Sorry, just checking out my patented SNAKE FINDER tm.
Oh yeah , if that doesn't work, just drink some red horse, and eat some rambutans. >;(

Oh yes! We kill three ulupang yesterday. They are all over the place. The Japanese man bring the snake detector CHEE CHEE CHEE. Why don't you have one?
Only three weeks left my friend. If we find nothing it will at least be two weeks in paradise. This time please don't forget the snake detector.

I have the snake detector, but the CHEE buzzer is broken, I might have to replace it with a BEEP, we'll see. Also on a serious note, both of those bad ass pakistani ultra genero tongs broke, so I guess I'll have to bring the gentle giants. Man I hope my bags dont get lost.
