Arin, that's a nice-looking system and I've seen photos of people using these cages. They are obviously of an expensive design and probably not too easy for the average home handyman to build. If you have the money, it would probably be just as cheap, if not cheaper, to go ahead and purchase these from Big Apple as it would to have someone try to build the same thing for you. Cages By Design also has some really nice display cages.

First off, I wanted to tell you I'm sorry for saying what I did...
Secondly, I can make cages, but not quite like that.
If you need some nice homemade cages let me know.

You found one of the most annoying things about Big Apple Herp's website.
They say prices starting at $250, but are only talking about the wheels for the durn thing, and not the cages themselves, LOL.
Still, they are a pretty good source for some hard to find herp items at fair prices. You just have to be carefull with the hype, and with some of the claims that they make. They are probably better, and cheaper than Petco and Petsmart for many items.
They advertise things like king size rodent water bottles on the site, but have not had them available for years.
Also, be cautious of stuff they sell like their Big Apple "name brand" items, like their misting system, which turn out to be junk.
Best Regards
John Z
