While in the Galapagos Islands, he received his nickname "El Jefe." More than a mere hobby, he has actively pursuied these creatures in all facets of his life. He has appeared on countless local stations as well as national TV. Here a just a few of his many credentials: Masters in Zoology Oklahoma State University -studying Timber Rattlesnakes Bachelors in Science Furman University, Greenville, SC Tropical Reptile Keeper at Riverbanks Zoo, Columbia, South Carolina -while at Riverbanks, Jeff worked with such animals as anacondas, king cobras, mambas, gaboon vipers, monitors and numerous other fascinating creatures. Intern at Savannah River Ecology Laboratory studying all reptiles and amphibians including publishing a scientific paper on frogs Tropical Ecology of Costa Rica, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands with major concentration on the reptiles and amphibians. Reptilian and Mammalian Ecology of the Desert Southwest Arachnids! Mike & Wendy from Exotic Kingdom will be giving a presentation focusing on various arachnids.
