Those cages can be easily heated with one of those small stick on heat pads that the pet stores sell.
Most likely, you will want to use the smallest one you can find, and even then, you might have to use a thermostat with it to keep it from getting too hot.
Just use a temp gun and see what heat output it produces before you put the animal in the cage.

I have never had one of those heaters warp the plastic of a Neodesha cage, and have been using those stick on heaters for years and years, both inside of the cages, and under the cages.
I have seen some Neodesha cages that had heat damage, however, I think it was due to a much hotter heat source of some sort.
The 36 inch / 48 inch cages that they offered in the past with the round screen option were nice, as you could use a spot heat lamp on one side of the cage, and still have a screened strip for a floresent light.
Hopefully, they will bring back that feature as a option.
