I live in Michigan and am going to be at the Hamburg, PA show. How do I obtain the permit required to purchase venomous from vendors at the show. Thanks!!

I just posted the a same topic yesterday but in Texas. Im sure it varies from state to state but I was told you can get them a wal-mart like a hunting lisc.

Shawn, you need to contact the folks at
http://www.michigan.gov/dnr
and ask them what the rules are concerning exotic wildlife.
I searched the Michigan DNR website for laws concerning exotic pets, but was not able to find any information. That is usually the case with DNR websites. They are often poorly designed and very difficult to navigate. Also, a lot of the time, you will have to go to the state legislature site to search for laws that DNR enforces.
Best thing would be to EMail them or call someone in the Non-Game Wildlife division.
