Antivenoms vary greatly, but I don't know of any that are specific to a subspecies. CroFab and Wyeth ACP for instance, are both polyvalent antivenoms, covering all pitvipers in North America. A good site for you to look at is www.Toxinology.com If you look up a species, it will tell you which antivenoms cover it.
