I noticed you spoke of an Annulated Cobra in one of the topics. I have had one for several yrs and can't find much info on it. I can't think of a better person to ask than a venom researcher, so could you E-Mail me and tell what you know about Water cobras venom. Thanks A Million Grey Doss

Hi mate
Bugger all is known other than it being neurotoxic. As Boulengerina are genetically similar to African Naja (more so than Asian Naja are to African Naja) I would expect similar venom effects. However, whether or not the South African polyvalent antivenom will work is unknown.
