Ha ha ha he said first this is non venomous, then he says later oh this hurts a bit this snake must be mildly venomous. These shows are a joke you would think that Nigel would know what he was grabbing before he decides if it is venomous or not.

lol i saw that video and a post about it on another fourm. someone messaged him about the bite and he sent some pics of his hand after the bite, he said it was stupid of him to do it.

Boomslangs are colubrids and that is what John ment .We truly do not know the affect af these venoms in humans.Boomslangs were thought harmless until karl was killed

My guess is that's what Jared meant, too, that they are colubrids just like twig snakes and boomslangs.

What is kind of interesting, but not well known, is that the Boomslang that killed Karl P. Schmidt was sent to him for identification by Marlin Perkins, who is known from the Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom series of TV shows, and who served as curator or director of several zoos.
