Snakes Needing Identification

There are several new photos that have been submitted to our Snakes For Identification section of the Photo Album.
They start on page 11 at:

Some are common North American Snakes, and some are uncommon Tropical Snakes.
Lets see what folks can come up with to identify them.
You can post your results here in this thread if you like.

The two snakes posted by Binu are a Northern Water Snake(Nerodia sipedon), which is the larger snake seen near the rocks, and a checkered-phase Eastern Garter(Thamnophis sirtalis), which is the snake seen in the meadow and next to the log.

The ?Parker's pitviper is Waglerophis merremi, a xenodontine "colubrid"
The ?fer-de-lance from Guanacaste Province is a Trimorphodon sp. (lyre snake)
The Egyptian snake is Psammophis schokari, a sand snake

Speaking of Waglerophis merremi, that kinda looks like one gaping out of the current FB profile pic of a certain perfesser, if I'm not mistaken...
