Go to the CNAH website and sign up to receive updates via email.
I get offers of internships (several a week) all the time through them.

Hey thanks! I checked out the Kentucky reptile zoo which is a great choice but there are chances that are very slim because of so many applicants. :S

We offer internships and like Kentucky Reptile Zoo, it's extremely competitive - we pick the best of the best but anyone is welcome to apply.

Hey, thankyou Rob. I'm just not sure because transcripts are an issue and I'm not sure how employers look at those. Ive had many interesting classes and lots of experience with herps. Just kind of a downer that they only choose 3 interns. :(

Not really a downer - we only select a max of three interns during any given semester. Too many and you end up having a lot of unproductive people sitting around and goofing around. We keep our's at a number where they stay busy but still have that support system. Anyone wishing to apply for an internship just needs to fill out an application at:
www.cityoflakeforest.com (go to downloads and get the city job app off of that. Put down "WDC Intern" for Position and "volunteer" for pay. It is also highly recommended to include a resume with the application. Without it, you won't get an interview. I'm not always looking for the person with lots of herp experience - our best interns have been those who came in with little to no experience which allowed us to teach them the right way and t hey had a willingness to learn. We've had some interns who came in thinking they were herp gods only to leave with their tail wagging between their legs...we don't tolerate know-it-alls around here.
