I am a keeper of Boids and a few Crotalus. I purchased 1.1 Agkistrodon Contortrix neonates and am wondering if housing them together for the time-being is a good idea,or is it too stressful for them? Are the Coppers a social snake or loners as are my Burms ect.

I would say it depends on the size of the cage you have them in as well as how well fed they are. I personally keep all of my coppers in group cages from the same area, usually as pairs or trios. I do get nervous with small neos though, as they tend to be more opportunistic at that size and thus more likely to eat an equal size sibling. I have a pair of juvies housed in the equivalent of a 40gal long terrarium and as long as they are seperated for feeding I have never had problems. My juvies eat mice right off the bat, and an old friend once told me to treat um to cicadias every once and awhile, which they go absolutely insane over! I say if ya have a large enough cage, plenty of hiding space, and food they should be fine together. Good luck with them there a very overlooked species,
Jared
