PETA, HSUS and USFWS - found a loophole

So I guess now everything kept and traded in the pet trade will shortly be showing up on the lacey act.
They are adding all traded amphibians now:

I guess since they found a way to ban animals without anyone having to vote on it everything short of cats and dogs will be on it soon.
The lacey act was designed to stop smugglers from crossing state lines with illegal animals. Now its being abused by the newest extremist animal rights group - USFWS.
I hear they are even using the act to prohibit the import of firearms because of the "endangered" wood used in the stocks.
What a crock of ****.
They don't give a **** about frog fungus. This is a blatant attack on the pet industry - and I'm sure PETA and HSUS are behind it.
