I liked the show alot. Over the years I have gone to the show, I've had a plan in mind. Each time there was something specific I wanted to purchase.
This time, I wanted a real nice looking Southern Copperhead from the Carolinas. They have always looked more striking then the ones we have in central Texas. I found it at Kieths' Chameleon Counter table. I've watched Kieth offer it on Kingsnake for the last 5 years and I could have driven 45 minutes to his shop to buy it years ago, but when I saw it at the show, I had to have it. Weird.
I wish more turtle people would vend there. I like turtles as much as snakes. Maybe 6 years ago, half the place were turtle people and I thought I had died and gone to whereever. I purchased 3 of every water turtle available and still have most of the.
I arrived there on Sunday afternoon this year and the place was packed. I hope Randell and the venders did good.
