I am confused by Brandon's ad for Vipera.
He states that he has to pay $60.00 to get certified by Delta. I didn't have to pay, nor anyone I know had to pay to get certified.
Is this a fee that Delta is charging now?

Randall,
I had to pay the fee to have a Delta inspector come out and inspect my "facility" to make sure I met their requirements. It was a joke for the most part. They came in, looked for about 5 minutes and had me sign a few papers.
