Sure. All animals smell different. Most can't be discerned with out feeble noses.
Any excrement residue on the cobra will give it a strong scent as well. Each, different.
Personally, I thing that Red spitters (pallida) smell like IHOP at 2 in the morning.

Hi,
thx. I`ve kept a few niveas till now and it seems liek I can`t smell them. The specimen I´ve kept have had a "sweet" smell and I don`t know if this is normal. I`ve just kept them for a short time. Maybe someone can confirm this as usual for niveas?

really? I think pallida smells like the "Grand Slam" not the "Rooty tooty, Fresh and fruity"!
