Does the mg/Kg dose of LD50 refer to the dry weight of venom constituents, the weight of active peptides/enzymes or the weight of whole fresh venom?
Also, once a venom is freeze-dried, can it be reconstituted without a loss in potency?

Yes, unless otherwise specified the LD50 data (and others too) are refering to lypholized dried venom. Presumably their is data showing lypholization does not affect the venom constituents.
