I picked up a baby rhino this weekend. The eyes where hazed over and when i started looking up close it looked like the eye caps where left on after a shed, they looked dried and older instead of fresh eye caps that will be shed off in a few days. So to remove the eye caps I soaked it and tried tape, with no luck. Then I switched to tweezers, and could carefully pull on the eye cap making sure not to pull on the eye itself. (luckly the snake stayed pretty relaxed) its attached pretty well and I won't be able to remove it without harming, hurting, or stressing the snake pretty bad. so Ive decided to leave it alone for a few days and see what happens, but do you guys have any suggestions?

I would vote for waiting until the next shed and making sure that both come off next time.

I agree with BobH. I'd watch your humidity levels and it might not hurt to give it a soak in room temp water right before it sheds. Take care, Marty
