Hello again. I posted this question in relation to Arizona and I appreciate the responses. Is anyone familiar with New Mexico or Nevada Laws? I am looking for a southwestern state that is venomous friendly that I can reside in and keep venomous legally, including exotic venomous. Thanks in advance.

nevada yes you do......new mexico no but there are a few restrictions on native venemous.
